From the great folks that make Neccos and Candy Hearts, you can now wear the wonderful flavor of Candy Hearts as cologne. I love the flavor, but I wonder if this is just going a little bit too far. You’d smell like you’ve been eating pounds of candy!
I found this over at GiftZen, and I have say I agree that this is a great gift idea. Perfect for boiling veggies or potatoes – they cook just like normal, then lift out the water easily. I’m adding this gift to the site for sure!
I saw these wonderful coffee mugs at GiftZen, and I just love them! They’re understated, but very pretty. And your partner would just melt if you get these for him/her. And Valentine’s Day is coming up!
Yeah, Christmas is in a few days. If you haven’t finished your shopping yet, you’re in some deep trouble! There are a few online stores that have great gifts and will get your gift there in time for Christmas morning, but you definitely need to hurry! Amazon will get it there on time, as will Uncommon Goods, one of our favorites. Wrapables will also get it there, too.
Barring those choices, you’d better hit the mall! Good luck!
The Bowling Knights game from Uncommon Goods is one of those simple games that looks like you could play it forever. It’s just like bowling, but you try to knock down all the knights without knocking down the center “princess” pin. This would even be a fun party game!
Not only is it made from 100% recycled milk jugs (so it contains no BPA or phthalates), but its made in the USA. It has a bunch of little cardboard items to “sort” for recycling, a movable recycling belt, and an opening/closing back door. It’s a fun little recycling truck, and it helps to teach a great lesson at the same time. Like I said, I love this truck!
Get this one for yourself, or for someone on your holiday list. The Cardboard Christmas Tree from Cloud Gate Design is cheap ($10 for the small, $20 for the large), green (they’re made from recycled cardboard), and fun! Let the kids decorate a tree all their own, or put one on your desk at work. The possibilities are endless!
Wow, I totally sympathize with that woman. My two-year-old takes one nap a day, and if it happens to be for 5 minutes in the car on the way home, that’s all he takes. I’ve tried all those tricks, and have now resorted to rolling the automatic windows up and down; he gets so confused he wakes up. I’d much rather have a Nap-Be-Gone. Oh well…
