Doggie DriverGifts that fill two needs are always nice, and the Doggie Driver does just that. You get to work on your golf game, and your favorite pooch gets exercise - tons of exercise. And it ships for free from Amazon!

Floating Globe for Summer Parties

Monday, July 2nd, 2007

Floating GlobeHere’s a great idea for Summer parties - if you have a backyard, that is. Smarthome has some translucent floating globes that you strategically place around your backyard. They change colors somewhat randomly, and are powered by solar energy (they recharge during the day, then automatically light up at night). Unfortunately, they are recommended for use in chlorinated water, but they’d look great on a pedastal, in a koi pond, or as a table centerpiece.

Silicone BBQ Glove

Monday, June 18th, 2007

Silicone BBQ GloveHere’s a cool gift idea from one of our favorite stores, Uncommon Goods. These silicone gloves have been around for awhile now, but this one has a different twist - this BBQ glove has ridges to help hold on to tools and gadgets, and it has a separation between the index finger and the rest of the hand. That makes it a lot easier to hold on to BBQ gadgets and move food around the grill. Sometimes it’s the simple changes to common products that make them a lot better!
