From the great folks that make Neccos and Candy Hearts, you can now wear the wonderful flavor of Candy Hearts as cologne. I love the flavor, but I wonder if this is just going a little bit too far. You’d smell like you’ve been eating pounds of candy!

Yeah, Christmas is in a few days. If you haven’t finished your shopping yet, you’re in some deep trouble! There are a few online stores that have great gifts and will get your gift there in time for Christmas morning, but you definitely need to hurry! Amazon will get it there on time, as will Uncommon Goods, one of our favorites. Wrapables will also get it there, too.

And at Number One on our list, the Zhu Zhu Hamsters. These guys are shaping up to be THE hot toy of 2009. They’re already selling out across the country, and are getting harder and harder to find. What is a Zhu Zhu Hamster? They’re small and cute robotic hamsters with two modes – play and nurture. In play mode they race and scoot around on the floor like a real hamster. In nurturing mode the coo and purr. They have quite a few accessories: cars to ride in, skateboards to ride on, and hamster wheels and other accessories to interact with. They’re actually quite fun – if you can find them!

While looking over the new gifts at Red Envelope, I came across one I just love – a Handprint Tree Skirt. It’s a red canvas Christmas tree skirt, and it comes with white and green non-toxic paint so you can add handprints, paw prints, or whatever to the skirt. Add new prints every year, or when you have a new guest for Christmas morning, or whatever you choose!
