Bought for 5year olds birthday she cried herself to sleep since the doll kept telling her "you don't sound like my mommy" the voice recogination was terrible. Why torture a child. Even our 7year old was shocked by this doll. After a long set up to personalize and then she still couldn't play with it. Returned her after 2 days of tears and store said all are being returned same reason. - Oct. 28, 2005 Reviewer: Melissa Review: This doll is sincerely not worth the money. I am currently disputing with the Playmates Toys regarding this doll. I have had the doll for 6 days and she is already broken. Her right eye has cracked and the coloring has slid into the eye socket. The voice recognition is terrible. The coloring is already peeling from her eyes and lips. My daughter has been completely disappointed by the entire experience. I would really recommend thinking 4 or 5 times before purchasing this doll.
