GiftBee Wish List Sweepstakes Rules
Please read these rules before entering the GiftBee Wish List Sweepstakes ("the Sweepstakes"). By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these rules and acknowledge that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements.

1. Eligibility
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL UNITED STATES RESIDENTS OVER THE AGE OF 18. Employees and other representatives of GiftBee, LLC. ("GiftBee"), its affiliates, and advisors (and the immediate family members of each of them) are not eligible to win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited. GiftBee can accept only those entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated below.
2. Entries
To be eligible to win a Prize (as defined below), you must, between 12:01 a.m. Pacific time on the first day of each month, and 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on the last day in each month (the "Sweepstakes Period"), (1) either create a new Wish List on the www.giftbee.com Web site (the "GiftBee Site") and add at least one product to it or add at least one new product to your existing Wish List. If you choose to opt out of the Sweepstakes via the means we provide on the GiftBee Site, no entry will be submitted for you even if you satisfy the eligibility criteria described above. Visit http://www.giftbee.com/members/ to create a new Wish List or add new products to your existing Wish List.
Only your first entry during the Sweepstakes Period via one of the means specified above will make you eligible to win a Prize; you will not receive extra entries for creating additional Wish Lists and adding products to them or by adding additional products to your existing Wish List.
To be eligible for each monthly drawing, you must add an item to your Wish List in that month - entries will not be carried over to subsequent months, and previous winners are eligible to win in future months.
GiftBee is not liable or responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, postage due, distorted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) mail, telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond the control of GiftBee; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with this Sweepstakes.
3. Prizes
Each monthly Prizes will consist of one item on the winners Wish List with a value not exceeding $50. The specific item chosen is at the sole discretion of GiftBee, and cannot be altered. If the winner of the monthly Prize has been referred by a different GiftBee member, the Referring Member wins a prize consisting of a $25 Amazon.com gift certificate. To view more information on Amazon.com gift certificates, visit www.amazon.com. A monthly Referral Prize is not necessarily given away every month.
The monthly Prize and monthly Referral Prize are referred to in these rules collectively as the "Prizes." All shipping and handling fees will be paid by GiftBee. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance or receipt of any Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions (including cash) will be permitted, except that GiftBee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize. Gift certificate prizes will be sent to winners' e-mail accounts as e-mail gift certificates. Wish List Prizes will be shipped via Standard Shipping. All Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
4. Selection of Winners
A total of one monthly Prize winner will be determined by a random drawing to be held at the GiftBee office each month during the Drawing Period. Past winners of any Prize are eligible to win any other Prize during the Sweepstakes. In the event of any dispute, all Wish Lists created and all products added will be deemed to have been created or added (as the case may be) by the owner of the e-mail account on file for the GiftBee Site customer account used to create or add the applicable Wish List, or product. All Wish Lists, entries, and other materials submitted to GiftBee in connection with the Sweepstakes (collectively, "Entry Materials"), along with all associated copyright and other proprietary rights, become the property of GiftBee upon submission, and Entry Materials will not be returned to any entrant. Entrants agree to take any further action (including, without limitation, execution of affidavits and other documents) reasonably requested by GiftBee to effect, perfect, or confirm GiftBee's ownership in the Entry Materials and any associated proprietary rights.
PLEASE NOTE THAT GIFTBEE MAY BE RUNNING SIMILAR SWEEPSTAKES SIMULTANEOUSLY AND EACH MUST BE ENTERED SEPARATELY. ENTRIES SUBMITTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN ANY OTHER SWEEPSTAKES OR SWEEPSTAKES RUN BY GIFTBEE OR ITS AFFILIATES.
5. Notification of Winners
GiftBee will attempt to notify selected winners by e-mail and/or telephone on or about the next day after each Monthly Drawing. Prize winners will have seven (7) days from notification to respond to the e-mail and/or telephone call. If a selected winner is unreachable or ineligible, fails to respond to the notification as provided above, or fails to claim a Prize in the manner prescribed in the winner notification, the winner will forfeit his or her Prize and a new winner will be selected.
6. General Release
By entering the Sweepstakes, you release GiftBee and each of its affiliated companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). By accepting any Prize, entrants consent to the use of their name, address, likeness, and/or Prize information for promotional and other purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. As a condition of being awarded any Prize, a winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited by law, consent to the use of his or her name, address, likeness, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
7. Winners List and Official Rules
To obtain the winning entries and/or the names of winners, send a request (along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope) to GiftBee Wish List Sweepstakes, Attn.: Winning Wish Lists, 1420 NW Gilman Blvd., Ste 2-2286, Issaquah, WA 98027. Winning Wish List requests must be received within 60 days of the termination of the Sweepstakes Period. To obtain a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to GiftBee Wish List Sweepstakes, Attn.: Rules Request, 1420 NW Gilman Blvd., Ste 2-2286, Issaquah, WA 98027.

The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is GiftBee, LLC., 1420 NW Gilman Blvd., Ste 2-2286, Issaquah, WA 98027. The Sweepstakes and all accompanying materials are copyright © 2005 by GiftBee, LLC. All rights reserved. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of GiftBee, which are final and binding in all respects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GiftBee reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, in its sole discretion. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to GiftBee, the Sweepstakes, or any other entrant (in each case, as determined in GiftBee's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Sweepstakes. GiftBee reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
